 Returns are handled on a case by case basis. Contact store for details.  We do not accept returns for items ordered online unless the buyer pays return shipping and item is in perfect resellable condition.

What We Collect

We collect user provided information. Information is collected through the use of web forms including but not limited to contact forms, sign up forms and checkout forms. User information collected for example would be names, email addresses and phone numbers. If you make a purchase through our website payments are processed through a trusted third party encrypted gateway. Our Creative Marketplace does not collect and store credit card information. All payment details are handled by the secure third party processor.

What We do with Collected Information

We require this information to understand your needs and provide you with a better service, and in particular for the following reasons:
- Internal Record Keeping
- We may use the information to improve our products and services
- We may periodically send promotional emails about new products, special offers or other information which we think you may find interesting using the email address which you have provided.
- We may contact you by email, phone or mail if needed.
- We will never sell your information.

Shipping and Handling

U.S. Based Orders:  All orders are prepared for shipment after completed checkout. Please allow for up to 48 hours to prepare shipments.  Once an order is placed, we start the shipping process and may not be able to refund or cancel orders once shipping labels are created.

International Orders:  If we receive your order and it will be shipping  outside of the United States, we will email you with options regarding any additional shipping cost as our website pricing for shipping is only valid for U.S. addresses.  We are happy to mail international orders, however, the automatic flat rate pricing on our website system ONLY applies to locations in the United States. 

If you wish to place an international order, please contact us at ourcreativemarketplace@gmail.com to get an accurate shipping quote prior to your order and we will create an additional "international shipping" product to add to your cart to cover the difference.  We apologize for this extra step, however, based on the size of Squishmallows and their low weight, shipping is much higher cost due to the larger size of package.  The automatic shipping calculators cannot process an accurate automated quote as part of our checkout process.   Any orders that are placed without prior authorization for international shipping will be subject to paying additional tariff or other fees during the shipping process if determined by the country or postal service.  

For local orders we offer an in-store pick up option!  We would love to see you visit the shop and we will have your order ready within 24 hours of the order date on open shop days (Weds-Fri 10-6, Sat 9-2).  Pick up orders not collected by the customer within 2 weeks will be returned to stock with no refund.  We will text the phone number on the order once it is ready to pick up.

We do not issue refunds for lost, unclaimed, or undeliverable packages . If a package is damaged during transit or returned as undeliverable/unclaimed, it is the customer's responsibility to follow up with the shipping carrier.  We will provide a tracking number for all shipments upon request.  If any international packages are subject to a tariff or other fee, iit is the buyers responsibility to pay these fees to accept the package.  Refunds are not available on any orders shipped without the buyer paying return shipping costs and the item being returned is in re-sellable condition.
